Does the job!5
The old clock radio finally died and my husband and I thought it would be nice to have a CD player in the bedroom to listen to audio books in bed now and then (yes, I know, but it depends on the book!!). We’ve found the sound quality on such an inexpensive item to be extremely good, it’s easy to tune the radio in and we like the huge time display - I can even see it without my glasses at night!! So far, it’s awakened us at our ridiculously early get up time during the week without fail. No complaints - very happy with this clock/radio/CD player.

Lacks battery backup and digital radio tuner and has a tiny out of sight manual radio dial2
I read the positive reviews on this Sony so I thought I would buy it for my 18 year old daughter who is going off to college in about a month. While this Sony does sound good and has a decent alarm, CD player, and MP3 input, the radio is not only analog, but the dial is off to the side is very tiny. It also has no battery backup!!! If listening to the radio and tuning in stations is not important to you I say go ahead and buy this clock radio. I expected that the radio part of this clock radio would have been much easier to both see and use for the price.

Almost There!3
I have not purchased this unit, but studied it closely in a local store. It had all the features I liked except two which is why I am writing: (1) no headphone jack; (2) no battery back-up in case the power goes out. Other than that, I liked the size, price, features, and MP3 line in. Just wish it had two more features.

iPod sync and charge cable5
This cable is very well made, complete with push-button locks to secure it to the iPod. The extra length is something that is a real plus for me, since I can more easily reach the AC to USB charger I have plugged into my electrical outlet.

This cable worked out so well for me that I placed a return order for a second cable.

This is not a genuine Apple cable, but in my opinion it is better than what Apple supplies with the iPod.

Better than Apple5
This cord is longer and seems heavier duty than the one supplied by Apple. Works fine with my iPhone 3GS. The phone side connection is plastic on the part that inserts but the whole piece is beefier and I think it’s well worth the price. It’s nice to have a longer cord sometimes.

Very nice cable for the price5
I was given an ipod Mini with no accessories, so I wanted a very cheap/basic cable to play around with the device. Most stores don’t have such cables for less than $20, so less than $10 is quite a nice deal.

While I’ve never had an ipod, so I can’t compare this with an actual apple sync cable, I can say the quality is beyond my expectations. Everything fits together nicely and plugs into the ipod without any issues. I did try a Belkin plug earlier and it was very stiff. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the ipod end was plastic, but this should do just fine. It’s probably also partly why it fit into the I/O port easier than the metal-tipped Belkin cable.

All in all, a wonderful spare or replacement ipod sync cable.

Customer Reviews:

Good cables5
What can I say? They work and they’re super cheap! Much better than going to a store like radioshack and paying double or triple for the same thing.

Awesome cables5
I was a little worried about stringing two of these together to give musicians recording in other rooms across the house a feed for their headphone monitors. These cables, however, worked flawlessly. No noise or attenuation that I could hear. VERY HAPPY with this purchase (I bought 6 of them).

Can’t beat the price!5
Pay no attention to the poor review on this product, THIS IS HEADPHONE EXTENSION CABLE. Do not use this if you’re only interested in a top notch sound system. This is perfect for MP3 players and I use it to connect my amplifier to my iPod. If you want top notch sound, stick with RCA cables or something in this department. But I must say, for my decent home stereo system - these extensions worked perfect! And fast shipping too!

Makes Your Headphones Like New Again5
I bought these replacement cushions for my Sennheiser PX100s after I ruined the originals by not using the case it came with when I threw them in my bag and overtime the pads developed holes, became warped, and wouldn’t stay on anymore. These cushions fit perfectly fine on my PX100s, and now I’m happy that they are like new again. No more embarrassment of warped cushions falling off your headphones in front of everyone, no more judging!!!

Good affordable replacement ear pads5
I bought the Koss replacement ear cushions for use on my Sennheiser PX100 headphones and I found that they fit just fine. For three sets of compatible replacement ear cushions for $4.99 plus shipping, I’m very happy with this deal.

Keep the headphones in service!!5
After a while the cushions wear out, so you need to replace them.. (duh)… especially when you wear the headphones while walking and they absorb sweat. Keep some replacements on hand. You might think replacement cushions are easy to find, but they aren’t (especially for the Porta-Pros). Save yourself some grief and keep new cushions in stock.

Features

  • Armband for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3G S.
  • Soft Stretchy Velcro Armband that Fits Both Small and Large Arms.
  • Made of water resistant and washable material, ideal for outdoor use and all sporting activities.
  • This sturdy armband will securely hold your iPhone in place while running or working out.

Just what I needed4
This armband fits perfectly my Iphone 3G. It stays tight in my arm, the mesh fabric helps a lot so that you don’t sweat that much, so no risk of getting your Iphone all wet.
On a first look I thought the Iphone was at risk of falling down while running because it’s not closed in the upper side (where you insert the iphone to the armband) but this compartment is made of a very elastic fabric, so the Iphone stays there, not movement at all.
I just used it for my 10K this weekend and everything worked fine.
The manufacture is not that detailed, a lot of little strings are coming out of the sides of one of the materials, but with the help of a little scissors that will be fine.
The armband fits a big range of arms, mine are not that slim (medium female arms) and still has band to fit bigger ones.
The band is 42 cms long, from the plastic clip on one end to the end of the velcro band, so I’ll say you can have 32 or 33 cms of circumference in your arm and will still close with enough velcro to be thight.
Hope this helps!
Magdalena Soto

Great! secure4
I love this product. I use it on all my runs. The only thing I wish were different is that it had a key holder. That is a personal preference. Otherwise, I can easily control the screen through the plastic cover and it holds the iphone tightly in place.

great for the price4
This armband is quite good, especially given the price. It would be five star except the following:

1) It smells awful when new. Really awful. My whole apartment smelled like nasty chemicals within minutes of opening the package. However, a few hours of airing and it’s fine. So, if you get this, i guess try to open it outside and leave it somewhere to breathe for a while before you bring it indoors.
2) It fits my tiny little arms, but if you’re on the large side, it might not fit you. The maximum size is a modest ~13 inches.
3) My iPhone 3GS fits well, but not tightly enough that i’d trust it for any exercise with much vertical movement. You can remedy this by just slipping a rubber band over the armband once the phone’s inside.

Other than that, it’s great. The mesh breathes well, the velcro is strong, and it’s fairly comfortable to wear.

Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4.0-5.6 IS Telephoto Zoom Lens for Canon Digital SLR Cameras Description:

This telephoto zoom lens is designed with Canon’s Optical Image Stabilizer technology while retaining compactness and lightness, in response to demands of photographers. This high zoom ratio lens is equivalent to a focal length of 88-400mm in the 35mm format (when used on Canon EOS cameras compatible with EF-S lenses), and the image stabilizer effect equivalent to a shutter speed about 4 stops faster than the same size lens without Image Stabilizer. In other words, if the slowest shutter speed you could formerly hold a 250mm lens steadily was 1/250th of a second, with Canon’s 4-stop stabilization correction, you could hand-hold at shutter speeds as slow as 1/15th of a second. It also uses a UD-glass lens element to correct chromatic aberration for excellent image quality throughout the zoom range. This new EF-S telephoto lens with great features delivers excellent performance at an affordable price for all photographers.

  • Brand: Canon
  • Model: 2044B002
  • Dimensions: 2.50″ h x 2.50″ w x 4.30″ l, .96 pounds

Features

  • EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS zoom lens with 35mm equivalent of 88-400mm
  • Image Stabilization allows in-focus shots with longer exposure times (up to four shutter speeds slower)
  • UD (Ultra-low Dispersion) glass lens element corrects chromatic aberration for excellent image quality throughout the zoom range
  • compatible with Canon APS-C format digital SLR cameras
  • image size: 15.1mm x 22.7mm

Customer Reviews:

I Love It For IS and Zoom Range at this Price, Not Pure Performance5
I was determined to love this lens based on the specs and price point alone. Canon really needed to come out with this lens at this price because Nikon offers a very decent Vibration Reduction lens at roughly the same range for the same price, leaving me to make apologies for Canon and their neglect to all my Nikon friends.

The IS can be switched off to save battery life but I haven’t noticed a difference in battery performance with it. The IS is only activiated when you press the shutter halfway for auto focus. Although it FEELS like there is a small lag for the IS to start, I don’t think I’ve had any photos messed up because of it.

You can HEAR the IS. A little bizarre after using point and shoots that have IS that is silent, but it doesn’t seem to affect performance

Pro: Great price for an image stabilized zoom lens. I paid 299 and am very pleased even though Amazon is selling it for 280 a week later. ALso arrive 2 months sooner than Amazon initially promised. This lens has NEVER been 400 dollars. Its MSRP from Canon prior to release was 299.00. Shame Amazon!

Pro: Images are very sharp.

Pro: Image stabilization does a VERY nice job. Four stops as advertised by Canon? I’m not so sure. GREATLY enhancing the composition experience at 250mm? Absolutely.

Pro: Much smaller and lighter than the 70-300 of any manufacturer and much sharper than my Sigma 70-300.

Con: Cheapish feel. But just use it, quit feeling it already. Plastic mount. But if you NEED a metal mount, may I suggest you are being a little rough with your camera. *UPDATE* The plastic flanges on back were able to hold the camera securely to the lens, but NOT hold the rear cap securely to the lens. I’ve tried many different rear lens caps that fit snugly on other lenses. So I think this is beyond cheap feel and has to be called CHEAP BUILD.

Con: This lens is a little (ok, maybe not so little) slow to focus in dim light, sometimes it misses altogether when I think other lenses of mine would have had no difficulty.

Con: I never gave Inner Focusing much thought on my other lenses until I used this. The front of this lens rotates AND moves in and out a LOT while focusing, so much so that you MAY even want to recompose your shot. The length of this lens changes almost an inch across the focus range. I just checked my Sigma 70-300 and found that it does also, but I’ve never seen it make as much difference in the viewfinder as I have with this Canon. Your perception may vary.

This lens and the soon to be arriving 18-55 IS as the XSi kit lens will allow me to carry one less lens to achieve an 18-250 IS range. For a little more money than the cost of both lenses you can get the Tamrom 18-250 but not have Image Stabilization. And now Sigma has an 18-200 WITH Optical Stablization for about what these 2 lenses cost retail, but in testing the 2 Canons produced better images.

Conclusion: A great EF-S lens for Canon users. (even if Nikon had to force Canon to make it for us.)

reasonable value5
Since I mostly use wide-angle lenses, I was not willing to blow a ton on expensive/heavy telephoto lenses for occasional shots. Prior to owning this lens, I had a Sigma 70-300 APO zoom telephoto that produced good colors, but was essentially useless due to frequent camera shake. I sold the lens and got this Canon zoom.

a) Surprisingly, it CAN produce pretty sharp pictures if the subjects don’t move fast. The sharpness is very comparable with two other lenses I own, the famed and breathtakingly sharp Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 and Sigma 30mm f/1.4. While the Tamron and Sigma get sharp shots without too much work, this Canon needs a bit of careful handling to get equally sharp shots even at the wide end. I use the word “can”, because to achieve it you would either need a tripod or high ISO (my rebel XT’s 1600 is pretty much what I use all the time with this lens).

b) The colors in bright light are almost always faded (sharp, but faded). It can be patially corrected in Lightroom, but a bit unfortunate since this lens really needs the bright light for a good shutter speed. Indoors, it produces good color balance/saturation, but struggles to have a decent shutter speed. Kind of catch-22 situation.

c) The construction is pretty cheap, but generally nothing to worry about if handled gently. However, the filter threads are thin plastic and I almost damaged the threads when putting on filters for the first time. I got a dedicated Sigma DG 58mm UV filter permanently affixed on it so that any other filters/screw hood will only go on the metal thread of the UV filter and not the lens thread directly. A metal UV filter is a must if you don’t want to permanently damage the lens filter threads.

d) The opteration of the IS is quiet unless you are particularly listening to it. My Tamron’s AF makes more noise.

e) After playing with this lens for sometime, I have come to the conclusion that IS is an absolute must on a zoom telephoto when hand held. Being the cheapest IS telephoto on the market today, there is really no equivalent for this in this price range.

f) IS has been of no use in freezing subject motion. While this is to be expected, it highlights how slow a lens this really is.

g) No hood comes with the lens, but I got a third party 77mm screw telephoto metal hood and step up adapter rings.

h) 1 year canon warranty sucks big time compared to the 6-year Tamron and 4-year Sigma (for DG lens).

i) this is a very light lens, much lighter than my sigma or tamron. Very easily carried around (hood might add a bit more bulk, but not too much).

In short, this lens performs great with regards to sharpness and IS. It leaves a lot to be desired in color saturation and flare control, almost always requiring some kind of post processing to achieve desired result.

Update 10/22/08
—————-
I bought a 58mm Canon 250D close up filter for this lens and now I have a fantastic macro lens, that is capable of doing 1:1 macro with a working distance of 25cm (~10″)! The 250D is roughly 1/7 th the price of the closest 1:1 macro lens with the same working distance - the tamron 180mm 1:1 macro if you were planning on getting a seperate macro lens. The 250D is optically optimized for lens up to 135mm focal length, but the results are fantastic handheld up to 200mm on this lens. Using 250mm (when you get a bit higher than 1:1) is a little bit of work, but gets decent results (with mirror lockup + tripod + f/25). No horrible color fringing that happens with cheap closeup filters on the market (like the Opteka +1,+2,+4, and +10 close up filters). I haven’t used a true 1:1 macro lens, which I suspect will definitely be better quality-wise, but the combination of a canon 55-250mm IS + canon 250d for a telephoto + 1:1 macro + IS under 400$ is a true bargain along the lines of the 50mm f/1.8.

Great telephoto lens to complement your kit lens5
This is the first lens that I’ve purchased and kept outside my kit lens (18-55). I mentioned kept because believe it or not, I bought the 70-200 F4L non-IS. I won’t be giving any technical review about this lens as that is pretty much covered by the other reviewers here. I’ll just share my story to help out other beginners who are having a hard time as well contemplating on what lens to get to complement their kit lens.

At first, I definitely wanted to buy a telephoto lens so I can shoot objects from a distance and I really like to try the lens out in a zoo. I then narrowed my choices between EF 70-300 IS USM and 70-200 F4L non-IS (didn’t want 55-250 then because I didn’t like the plastic mount). Since the latter would end up costing almost the same or even less (comes with hood and pouch plus the free filter amazon offers), I went for it without even thinking. Before the package arrived, I already had second thoughts and tried to cancel the item. Since I tried out the amazon prime 2 day shipping, the package came really fast so I wasn’t able to cancel but returned it as soon as I got it.

So why did I return the 70-200 F4L and settled for an EF-S 55-250?

- I don’t get paid taking pictures, it’s just a hobby.

- No one will really sit down and scrutinize the pictures I take. All Canon lenses take great shots compared to other brands. It’s not like I’m posting the pictures I take in the net for public view.

- The beige color of the L lens is somewhat too loud for me. I don’t want people to think I have that much cash or evern comment that I only have an XS body.

- No IS, I realized that I really need IS because I don’t have any plans of getting a tripod soon and my hands are really shaky.

- Cost!

- Weight.

- Performance of 55-250 that I was able to research over the net. Of course it’s nothing comapred to the L lens, no doubt about that. But if the pictures are viewed alone, without comparing to L lens, they are great.

- Max range is only at 200, I get an extra 50mm with 55-250.

- Missing the 56-69 mm.

Ok, the last 2 are just for my piece of mind because I opted with 55-250 but they don’t really matter if you have the L lens. If you do become a pro in the future, you’d definitely get something better than the 70-200 F4L.

Bottom line, this lens is no where in the league of L lenses. As one of the reviewers mentioned, it does the job. For value of money, I really love this lens. About the plastic mount, I realized that I wouldn’t be using my camera that hard anyway. Plus, it’ll be lighter.

I’m going to steal one of the reviews I read, it basically says that if you like the performance of your kit lens (18-55), you’ll defintely like this as well. I totally agree, fast AF, sharp pictures, longer range version of 18-55.

Note that this is NOT a comparison between L lens and 55-250, or even 70-300. Just a decision experience that I wanted to share with a number of beginners out there.

Amazon.com Product Description
Incorporating Canon’s Optical Image Stabilizer technology, this Canon 55-250mm telephoto zoom lens captures long distance, low-light shots far better than many comparable lenses, helping you photograph the far-off action of athletes or zoom in for an intimate portrait with a blurred background. The high-zoom-ratio lens is equivalent to a focal length of 88-400mm in the 35mm format (when used on Canon EOS cameras compatible with EF-S lenses). More significantly, the image stabilizer effect creates an equivalent shutter speed of roughly four stops faster than the same size lens without an image stabilizer. In other words, if the slowest shutter speed you can hold a 250mm lens steadily is normally 1/250th of a second, this Canon lens will let you hand-hold shutter speeds as slow as 1/15th of a second. The lens also boasts a UD-glass lens element to correct chromatic aberration to create excellent image quality throughout the zoom range. Delivering an excellent performance at an affordable price for all photographers, the 55-250mm lens carries a one-year warranty.

Customer Reviews:

Includes Review of Cassette Player4
I am a teenager who insists on records for home use, cassettes for portability. That being said, upon finding this boombox and using it for a day, and it looks promising. I bought it at Target to replace a Sony CFD-E75 from the late 1990s (admittedly a more upscale boombox) and this one holds its own. I have never had trouble with a Sony. Responding to another reviewer, the STEREO/MONO function does have a purpose; stereo FM reception is more sensitive than mono, so when a station is distorted, setting it to MONO can completely eliminate the fuzz, or at least improve it significantly. Trust me, this button IS useful. I took off a star mainly because of a few minor details, but it does a good job. The bass is a little lacking, but it is by no means intolerable. Just be sure the MegaBass is on. Perhaps hooking it up to PC speakers or a stereo amplifier would make it sound a little fuller. A good use would be on a desk, a medium-sized room, or in the kitchen/garage. The CD player works fine, as does the cassette player and radio. One area to note is that the cassette does NOT automatically stop when fast-forwarding or rewinding, although it does play to a stop. Unlike the CFD-E75, it does not automatically switch functions (for example, you must press to listen to a CD, whereas some will automatically switch to the CD player when is pressed) and does not have a remote, although you lazy people know you really don’t need one. The cassette records wonderfully. It gives a good clear sound, and my full-size tape deck shows that its recording levels are set at a good maximum level for best quality. It also comes with a replaceable cord, so if you either damage it or lose it, just get a new one at RadioShack. A good boombox for a good price.

Can’t go wrong for the $$$5
It seems that this little stereo has gotten a lot of flack and I’m not sure why. I’ve been really happy with it, and so has my co-worker (who also has her own). It’s not an expensive unit, so of course the sound is not going to be absolutely phenomenal, but it’s perfectly good. It’s a compact size, which was what I needed due to the size of my child’s nursery (where we use it). I did a lot of research before buying this and it was hard to find something this small that had all of the features and sound quality, without spending a lot more money. My favorite feature is the sleep timer, so it automatically turns off at the time I set it for. As for how it reads CDs, I’m not sure why reviews say it doesn’t take burned discs, because mine easily does. I haven’t had any problems with it not reading anything. Last, but not least, this unit has an attractive/simple design. Once again, for the money (it was on sale for $40), you can’t go wrong with this item.

A great player to stick on your desk…5
I work at home and have a boom box on my desk to listen to the radio, CD’s, and the occasional cassette. I spend at least eight hours a day here, so what I listen to is very important to me. About once every five years, my old boom box dies (in this case, the CD player stopped working). Because of the switch to mp3’s, there isn’t as much choice out there as there used to be for an AM FM, cassette, CD unit. Last week, I purchased the CFD-OS1, and it is better than the five year old Philips unit it replaced. I’ve tried every feature on it and they all work great. It looks great, takes up very little space on my desk, delivers great AM FM reception to my house in San Francisco, and has a bright cheerful sound. Of course it doesn’t boom out bass, it’s not supposed to. As long as you understand what this unit is supposed to do, you will be extremely happy with it. I thought maybe I might decide to get a Bose desk unit this time, but I decided to save the extra $450 for something else. This was a great $50 investment.

The SMX-C14 is ideal for those on the go, and offer an impressive 10x optical zoom paired with Hyper Image Stabilization to help reduce blurry footage. It features a 230,000-dot, swiveling 2.7-inch wide LCD screen, which allows users to effortlessly frame their subjects and review their footage. Similar to the full-HD HMX-R10, the new SMX-C14 boasts Samsung’s Active Angle Lens. This unique design helps reduce fatigue by allowing consumers to grip the camcorder in a more relaxed manner, easing the overall stress on their wrist and elbow. Unlike traditional camcorders, the relaxed grip also removes the LCD screen from the user’s line of sight, enabling them to always keep an eye on their subject while recording. The new SMX-C14 features 16 GB of internal Samsung flash memory and is expandable via an SD/SDHC memory card slot. Thanks to H.264 compression, which drastically enhances recording times when used with standard definition video, users can record over six hours of footage directly to the SMX-C14’s built-in memory. The SMX-C14 also offers substantial battery life, providing more than two hours and forty minutes of record time on a single charge. The SMX-C14 also incorporates Samsung’s play-edit-sharing program called intelli studio. The built-in intelli-studio program allows the ability to connect the camcorder to any computer via USB and edit and play video without having to install supporting software. intelli-studio also facilitates the process of uploading users’ content to popular video sharing Web sites. For added convenience, a one-touch “upload” button provides a direct connection to YouTube, further reducing the number of steps needed to upload footage. In addition, the camcorder also allows basic on-camera editing, including the ability to merge and split video files.

Perfect for travel5
We purchased this camcorder for our 17 year old daughter who will be spending 2 months in Japan this summer. We wanted something small, easily portable, and easy to use. After receiving the camcorder we gave it to her and told her to “play with it” to see if it would work for her trip. Without even opening the manual she charged, set up, and begain using the camcorder. She is thrilled with it and the test videos she took with it look darned good. We love the size, cost, and portability of the unit and she likes the way it operates. We’ll know more after her trip but our initial experience is very positive.

Samsung Rules, just like their TVs5
I have had my C-14 for a week and a half now, and am very pleased with the size and all the features. I am still struggling a bit with the on-line instruction book, but am getting there. One small tip which may only be me, but when you jog the control button to create settings, etc, be sure to us finger or fingernail to push UP or DOWN, etc. At first I was just PUSHING the directional button down and got nowhere except frustrated and ready to start drinking again. Having fun with the time lapse feature, too. The Active Angle lens is a new style to me, but simple to get used to after a bit of practice. I did not expect the unit to be so small, but that is great. The built-in 16 GB of memory is a real treat- probably won’t need to expand with an SD card, but capability is there if I want. I feel a little bad that the C-14 is now $20.00 less than when I ordered it, but that’s supply and demand(Could have gone higher, too…it’s all timing)Great product, great shipping by Amazon, and am now considering buying 2 more for my teenage grandaughters. I also bought a camcorder case by PRESTIGE via Amazon, and the size is perfect for the unit, cables, charger, etc. Best purchase I have made in a long time!

EASY TO USE!5
This camcorder is the most user friendly of any camcorder I’ve tried. Yuo can take still photos with it, and it’s super portable. Highly recommend!!!! Also, the red is beautiful.

Customer Reviews:

Vignetting3
While this filter kit does a fine job with doing the filtration these 3 filters were designed for, you can be guaranteed that when you use them on wide angle and ultra-wide angle lenses you will get vignetting. Vignetting is the darkened areas around the edges of your photographs. This is caused because these particular filters have threads in front of the filter glass which partially block the light coming into wide angle lenses when set at their widest setting. I normally like this type of filter because it allows me to replace the lens cap, thus allowing me to leave the filter on the camera’s lens all the time - one of the prime reasons I like the UV lens - lens protection. The alternative is to purchase an ultra-thin lens which doesn’t have the threads on the front, doesn’t cause vignetting, but doesn’t allow you to replace the lens cap. So, as you can see there is a trade off. Do you want to leave the lens on the front when you put the camera away for the moment, but have to remove your filter as well….what a pain at a sporting event or where you need your camera to be ready all the time. Or, do you want to be able to replace the cap on the front and protect the filter when you put the camera away or replace lenses, but realize you can’t shoot at your wide angle lens’ widest setting due to vignetting? Tough choice. I’ve done it both ways. There’s no real happy medium….just a choice.

Good value for average performance5
With these filters you pretty much get what you pay for. They have good solid construction, and offer great protection for the lens. Threaded in front and hold caps pretty well too, which is a plus. But, once you start becoming more demanding of quality and move into more “serious” direction, the shortcomings would become more and more evident and very hard to compromise on. My main issue with these is glare they produce in extreme lighting conditions (night photography or very bright light). Some vignetting (although not terrible) is also introduced. For these reasons I never stack them either.

I feel that for kit lenses and less expensive ones they do an excellent job hence the 5 star rating with price-benefit ratio in mind. However, if you’re using professional glass or feel that photography is something that you will be sticking to for a while consider doing a bit of research before committing to these.

Pros and Cons for Neutral Density5
The ND filter by Tiffen gets some light use (20%) on our outdoor shots. This allows us to darken the skies a bit if the sun is too bright. The graduated filter allows you to select which areas of your frame you want to darken because you can rotate it.
